14 Days to a Healthier You
What is 14 Days to a Healthier You? This is a 14 day health and wellness journey for the mind and body. You will not only be getting workouts but lifestyle tips, recipes, a journal for time management and self reflection as well as daily support from your trainer (me.)
Each registrant will have a 15 - 20 minute one on one with myself via phone or text to discuss what they want to get out of the two weeks. We will write down your goals and focus for the program. This will help me, help you. Registrants will also choose their style of workouts (Barre, Cardio + Strength, or Strength + Stretch (FLOW)) Workouts are set to be done 3 days a week (M,W,F) and you will have access to them at anytime. Registrants will complete their daily task list and send to their trainer what they completed for the day that has aligned with their initial one on one. For example, you completed the workout, tasks, drank your goal ounces of water, etc. This is to help to remain consistent and accountable throughout the 2 weeks.
The journal can be downloaded and printed or I can have it printed and sent as a hard copy! This is meant to be a compliment to the daily program challenge.
This program is not just about workouts, it is about making that mind body connection; creating those small daily habits. 14 Days is meant to be a jump start for you to create small daily habits, building lifelong habits and behavioral changes.
