So I did a thing today lol :) It's kind of funny actually, I love teaching and definitely feed off the energy of my students. Rarely am I not outgoing when I teach but when recording choreography to the camera by myself, I get shy. So this is me stepping out of my comfort zone today! Check out this great Reggaeton that I absolutely love and may use a bit too much in class!

It's Back! Sorry the Blog has been MIA for a little while, between holiday travel and battling colds and strep this month I got a little bit behind with posting. But IT's BACK! Time to get up and get moving! Ready for a great core workout that is just 6 minutes long? Give this one on for a try - 2 exercises done for 20 seconds each with 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds! It's time for a Tabata! Get up and get moving. *Planks can be modified by using a STURDY chair to elevate yourself up *Keep a nice line from head to toe and eyes facing down *Shoulders should not go behind your hands *Keep hips from dipping down *Engage your core the whole time *Knee to elbow - Keep core engaged and do not apply pressure to neck or curve back Want more of these types of workouts?
