Goals! We all set goals for ourselves in some way shape or form. During my boot camps I like to have clients set at least 2-3 goals before boot camp begins. Goals that are NOT weight number goals. That is correct no weight number goals - why? I want my clients to focus on how they feel in their bodies and minds; are they getting stronger, feeling more energetic, happier moods, sleeping better, etc. The only number you need to focus on is how many more burpees can you do or push ups. How much longer can you hold that plank for. We check in part way and again at the end! I love hearing my clients success stories on how they feel themselves getting stronger and can now do something they couldn't before! GOALS!
