Summer virtual bootcamps start July 10th - read below and check out the previews! Summer is here which means for many lots of activities and possible travel for vacations, work, etc! No time to get to a gym but still are looking for a structured workout routine?? Virtual boot camp would be a great fit!! (It's great for anyone, not just those short on time or traveling!). Why?? Well it is ALL ONLINE which means all you need is a phone, computer or tablet with a connection and you can do your workout ANYWHERE - ANYTIME!
