It's been a minute since my last blog post and I apologize for that. Today I am bringing you two of my favorite 6 minute workouts (yep Tabatas), that will work upper, lower and cardio! I love using gliding discs for HIIT and regular workouts because they can bring that extra umph of strength and cardio. In these two workouts you will be using gliding discs.
