Let’s get hydrated! Water is very vital to helping our bodies function properly. Water in our body through daily functioning activities and needs to be replaced. Why not trying to find an awesome water bottle that you love and make that your official FILL ME UP WATER CUP! Make it fun so you want to drink out it! Have a cup already? Share with us in the comments! Not a fan of plain water? Why not try an infused water? Try adding some of these health benefiting fruits/vegetables to your water. Make combinations for double/triple the taste!
