One is for that sesame free hummus (pairs great with sugar snap peas and red bell peppers) and the other is my favorite way to incorporate Brussels sprouts into my veggie mix! Read on for some tasty and EASY eats. *Cooking tip - Cut all of your vegetables at the beginning of the week, and store them in an airtight with a paper towel to maintain freshness in the crisper drawer. This will save you time and you will be more likely to eat them if they are ALREADY PREPPED!
