Here is a quick lower body workout post for you to try! Have 6 minutes? Give this a try 2 exercises 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds, yep its a Tabata! Time to stretch using FLOW! FLOW uses dynamic stretching adding in the music element. Each stretch is for the length of 4 counts and there are 4 stretches in each FLOW. The moves connect to make a “FLOWING” combination. Today I am bringing two of my favorite daily FLOWs (3 minutes long each) used in my Tabata Bootcamp Core + FLOW program.
