Happy Wednesday everyone! Are you ready for a quick HIIT?! Let's get some movement in today with a lower body Tabata! Now this workout utilizes a ball but you DO NOT need a special exercise ball to do it! You can see in the video I am using my kiddos semi deflated soccer ball! So any ball will do, just as long as it fits nicely in your hands. You can also do this workout without a physical ball in your hands! Give this a try and let me know what you think!
