We are exactly one week out from the start of Tabata Express! This class is not being held virtually; it is a LIVE class at Yin Yang Yoga in SLC (Formerly Dance Elite Studio 3). I encourage you to come and step out of your comfort zone and give this class a try! Tabata Express a 30 minute Total Body workout that will help lead us into our Septemeber Tabata Boot Camp! This is a sample of the workouts you will see during our regular scheduled boot camp. During Tabata Express we will be using two different timings: 30/20/10 and 20/10. Here is how our format is going to work: 1. Warm Up 2. 30/20/10 Timing Total Body Exercises (6 Minutes) 3. 20/10 Tabata Timing - this is our MAX interval (1 exercise at 20/10 for 8 rounds; that is 4 Minutes) 4.
